Who Can Use PIFRA/FABS?
If you work for the government in Pakistan, you can use PIFRA. You need to be living in Pakistan and know some important things about yourself, like your full name, ID number, where you live in Pakistan, your birthday, and have an email that you haven’t used with PIFRA before.
How to Register for PIFRA/FABS?
- First, make sure you have all the information you need, like your name, ID number, job details, and a phone number.
- Go to the FABS website. You can find it by typing www.fabs.gov.pk in your computer or phone.
- Look for a section called “Services” and click on “Online salary slip.”
- Fill in a form with your details and then click a yellow button to finish.
If everything is correct, they’ll send you a special code in your email. Use this code to finish your registration.
How to Check Your Salary Slip?
You can see your salary slip in two ways:
- Through Email: If you’re registered, check your email. Look for messages from PIFRA or FABS. If you can’t find any, search for “PIFRA salary slip” in your email. Remember, it might take up to 10 days to get the slip.
- Through the Website: This way is quick and shows more details. Go to the FABS website, log in, and select “Online salary slip.” You can see and even download your salary slips.
What Else Can FABS Do?
FABS is not just for salary slips. It can also help you track bills, see budget reports, and get other important information. It’s like a big toolbox for all your work-related needs.
Remember the Short Codes
When you use FABS, you might need to use some short codes. These codes are like shortcuts for different parts of the government. For example, ‘F’ is for Federal, ‘P’ is for Punjab, and so on.
