According to the OGRA notification on 23rd October 2020, the Sui gas rate for domestic consumers is Rs. 300 up to 1hm3 per month consumption. According to the notification, the Govt allowed the Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) to increase the Sui gas new rates by 74.42 %. While the Sui Southern Gas Pipeline Limited (SSGC) allowed the increase of the gas price by 67.75%. This is a huge increase in the gas price by the Govt. for domestic consumers for the financial year 2024-25.
